Ingredients

  • 1 package of Harvest Fresh Cauliflower rice
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil,
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • ½ cup parsley leaf, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

What You Need

Directions

  1. Heat large skillet on medium to high and add olive oil & garlic.
  2. Add cauliflower rice, salt and seasoning. Stir every few minutes until cauliflower is cooked golden brown, approx. 5 to 10 minutes.
  3. Remove from skillet and add parsley & lemon juice.
  4. Season with salt & pepper
