Preparation

  1. Place Spirals in a colander and sprinkle them with a bit of salt
  2. Then gently toss them to incorporate the spirals with the salt and then let sit for about 5-10 minutes. This allows the spirals to sweat any excess water from them.
  3. Then now place them on a paper towel and pat dry.
  4. In a pan at medium-high heat, add your butter or cooking oil . Saute for approximately 4-5 minutes to the desired consistency of al dente.
  5. Season with salt and pepper (to taste) and give one last toss.
  6. Remove from the saute pan and serve immediately.
