3/4 of 284g bag of
Harvest Fresh Chopped Kale
1 cup frozen pineapple pieces
1 medium frozen banana
1 tbsp smooth peanut butter
1/2 cup of coconut milk
1 tbsp of ground flaxseed
1 tsp maple syrup
2 cups of soymilk
What You Need
Directions
Blend/Grind the flaxseed into course, flour-like granules.
Blend Harvest Fresh Chopped kale with 1 cup of soymilk and 1/2 cup of coconut milk.
Add pineapple, banana, peanut butter, flaxseed, maple syrup, and 1 cup of soymilk into the blender.
Blend everything for a minute, or until the texture becomes smooth.
Add water for consistency.
Serve immediately.
