Ingredients
2 handfuls of
Harvest Fresh Spinach
1 medium ripe avocado
1 frozen medium banana
1 cup of vanilla yogurt
2 cups almond milk/soy milk
Pinch of Chia Seeds (per glass)
What You Need
Directions
Blend fresh spinach and 1 cup of milk for 1 min.
Add avocado, vanilla yogurt and 1 cup of milk.
Blend a minute, or until the texture becomes smooth.
Add frozen banana. Blend.
Serve immediately with a pinch of chia seeds topping.
