Sweat Zucchini spirals in colander, sprinkle with salt and let stand for 5-10 minutes for spirals to sweat out the extra water. Pat the Zucchini dry with a paper towel.
Thinly slice the cucumber and break up the feta cheese in small pieces.
Add Zucchini spirals, cucumber, feta cheese, basil, dressing in to a dish and toss.
Salt and pepper to taste.
